I can’t wait to help you plan your birth! These visits will be a time for us to discuss everything you hope will be a part of your birth, as well as anything you have worries or concerns about.

This package includes ALL of the classes required when you birth at BBC, and so much more. You have access to your choice of an in-person OR virtual childbirth education class, a breastfeeding and newborn care class AND the Little Blooming Warriors core classes! Need even more? For an additional fee gain assess to all of the classes we offer at the LBW collective.

Following your birth your doula will meet you at home between 1-2 weeks postpartum. This visit is the perfect time to debrief about your pregnancy and birth journey, check in on how you are healing, and adjusting to life with a newborn, and connect you with any services you need moving forward.

Feeling nervous about your first hours and days at home with this sweet new baby of yours? This add on is perfect! Recovery visits happen in the first 48 hours after bringing your baby home and focus on comfort, healing and newborn feeding. This option includes sits bath herbs, padsicles, and other supplies to kick start your healing.

This time spent together allows us to discuss anything you would like me to know about you, your family, and your birth. I want to know what your ideal birth looks like, as well as anything keeping you up at night with worry.

ONE postpartum follow up visit where we get to chat about and celebrate your baby’s birth! We will also check in on newborn feeding, sleep, and any other new parent questions.

Do you need to add on a childbirth class? Or maybe a pelvic floor health or nutrition class? Perhaps you need a postpartum care package for the first few weeks, or just a single additional postpartum recovery visit. Please let me know and we can talk about some options.

Schedule a virtual planning session to discuss your anticipated needs prior to your doula arriving. This will take place over the phone or over zoom.

You are amazing, you did it! Now that baby is here, we can schedule your recovery visit. This visit takes place inside of the first 48h at home so you have support when you most need it.

Your postpartum doula can help with sits baths, pain relief, fully body comfort, gentle massage, belly binding and make suggestions for helping with your physical healing. Not sure how to use your breast pump, or what to do with the little tucks pads everyone said you HAD to buy? Never fear, we are happy to show you. Chances are you could also use a hand with newborn feeding, setting up your space, and making sure everyone gets a needed nap or shower and has some warm food in their belly too.

Support for everyone! Sleep for everyone! It’s hard to argue with this cute little package.

Herbal postpartum soak or sits bath? YES, we bring that! Padsicles? Yes, we will bring you some of those too. Your postpartum doula will arrive with the supplies you need to start your healing journey.
